I AM MUTE I CAN NOT SPEAK AND YOUR TEAM HAS BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO MAKE ME FEEL UNDERSTOOD AND AT HOME EVERY TIME I HAVE BEEN THERE. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE RECENT SERVICE AND CERTIFICATION OF EMISSION SYSTEM. I JUST HOPE IT DOES NOT AFFECT THE GAS MILEAGE. I WAS GETTING 43 MPG WHICH IS WHY I... WOULD NOT LET THEM BUY THE CAR BACK. I KNOW IT WILL NOT BE YOUR FAULT IF FUEL MILEAGE DOES GO DOWN. BUT EVERY THING SEEMS TO BE RUNNING GREAT. I APPRECIATE THE GREAT SERVICE. Show more

Fantastic dealership! My salesman, Bryan Bastow was very polite and professional throughout the entire process. He knew the car very well and took his time to show me all of the cool technology on my new R line Passat. Jen in finance was awesome as well, she had me in and out in less than 10 minutes... taking care of the final paperwork. The car was freshly detailed and had a full tank of gas as too! It is rare to see this type of quality, pride, and work ethic these days. As a customer I greatly appreciate the professionalism. Anyone in the market for a new VW or Kia needs to check out Team Gunther, you won't be disappointed. Show more

Just got my second vehicle from Team Gunther and still love the place will keep doing business with them in the future and Thomas was by far the kindest and very helpful with the whole process I would definitely recommend choosing this place for purchasing a new ride.

I would like the Gunther's to know that I am a very satisfied customer. I purchased a 2013 Ford Taurus last year from your Volkswagen dealership. I have had the car into the service dept 2 times for 5000 mile service. Each time, I have had the honor of having Pete Muscarella taking care of me. Pet...e is professional, friendly, and goes out of his way to make sure his customers get the very best service! I purchased new tires for my Taurus from Team Gunther on my last visit. Sure, I could have shopped around for cheaper tires but I didn't. I didn't because I trust Pete Muscarella and the rest of your staff completely. Please thank Pete for me. He is the heart and soul of Team Gunther Volkswagen. He is out on the front line where he needs to be! Show more
