2022 Taos Connectivity Equipment

All three 2022 Volkswagen Taos trims (S, SE and SEL) will be equipped with the VW Digital Cockpit, VW Car-Net and the latest VW infotainment system, MIB3. The Digital Cockpit is one of the most interesting features the automaker has to offer. Future owners of the 2022 VW Taos will have a large and easy to read digital screen behind the compact crossover SUVs steering wheel, replacing the vehicle’s analog gauges. Instead of needles relaying basic information, the Volkswagen Digital Cockpit will show the driver just about anything they want to know, including navigation information, the status of various systems and, of course, speed.

What is IQ. DRIVE®?

The best way to keep people safe in a car accident is to prevent it from happening in the first place. Volkswagen has developed the IQ. DRIVE® system that will be equipped on all 2022 Taos trim grades.

This will be the umbrella system that will contain all of the automaker’s active driver-assistance systems, including forward-collision warning with automatic braking, active blind-spot monitor, lane-keeping system and adaptive cruise control. These features are only the tip of the iceberg.
