Engine Equipment

Visitors to the Team Gunther VW showroom will have two engines to consider when they are shopping for the 201 Atlas Cross Sport. The base powertrain is a turbocharged 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine that will make 235 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. Buyers that will require more performance can choose trim grades with the naturally aspirated 3.6-liter, V-6 engine, making up to 276 horsepower and 266 pound-feet of torque. Both power plants will be attached to the manufacturer’s eight-speed automatic transmission.

A 2021 Atlas Cross Sport that is full of people will be able to hold 40.3 cubic-feet of cargo. Folding the rear seat down will make up to 77.8 cubic-feet of cargo volume.

New Technology

Volkswagen has not been shy about sharing its latest technology with the bulk of the 2021 Atlas Cross Sport lineup.
