It would be an understatement to say that we have had some feelings about it. Since the day the information was made public, our team has been getting a lot of calls and emails from customers asking, ‘Is Volkswagen going to replace the VW Golf?’ To be sure, there is something coming that will fill that space vacated by the Golf, but it won’t be a 1:1 replacement. According to the best information we have, the upcoming 2022 VW Taos will fill the vacuum left by the outgoing Golf. Let’s take a look at how the new 2022 VW Taos will carry on the legacy laid down by the Golf platform.  (more…)

It has been about a week since we were officially introduced to the Volkswagen Taos. In that initial announcement, the automaker shared the vehicle’s performance specifications and introduced us to its next-generation array of safety features. Early interest from Team Gunther VW customers in the newest crossover SUV has been promising.
